Wanderers

To dream of things greater than all that we are is written in the deepest crevasses of our humanity.  It is such a dream that compels us to reach out for that which is beyond the known, launch ourselves into the expanses there and blaze the trail that others may follow behind,  so that what is now unknown may be made known.  It was carved in stone eons ago and again written on our souls that the heavens are richly filled with wonders so vast that none can image their majesty.  That which lays beyond our finger tips is what taunts us to reach farther into the stars and to grasp on to it.  For there is no greater revelation man can obtain than that which is stretched before us in the infinite expanse of the universe.   And there, among the stars and the celestial bodies which make their home among them, we come face to face with truth that all existence, all matter, spinning and twisting, all energy, burning and pulsing, cries out in unison.  Each opens our eyes just a little bit further to the reality of who He is.  It is for this purpose we are wanderers: we seek after the face of the one who first sought after us.
